This guide explains CreatorSiteAI in simple words. If this is your first time building a website, start at the top and follow the steps one by one.
CreatorSiteAI helps you create a website without coding. Think of it like a smart helper: you tell it what kind of website you want, and it helps build the first version for you.
A website is like your shop, profile, or business card on the internet. CreatorSiteAI can help you build many useful page types.
A simple home for your bio, links, work, and call-to-action.
A page to show your product, explain the benefits, and help customers contact or buy from you.
A clear website for your shop, service, team, location, and contact details.
A focused page for one product, offer, launch, or promotion.
A page that explains what you do, who you help, and how people can book or contact you.
A page for your story, expertise, offers, proof, and social links.
A place to share articles, guides, ideas, and helpful content.
A page that asks visitors to contact you, sign up, or request more information.
A page for a sale, campaign, seasonal offer, or special announcement.
Use an email address you can open, because CreatorSiteAI may send you a verification email.
If you cannot log in, check your email and password. If a reset password option is available, use it. If you still need help, contact support.

The AI creates a first draft. You should always check it, fix mistakes, and make it match your real business or brand.
A template is a ready-made website design. Choose a template that matches your goal.
Do not worry if your first version is not perfect. Editing is where you make it better.
Use clear words. Tell visitors what you offer, why it helps them, and what they should do next.
Use clear, bright, relevant images. For products, use real product photos if possible.
Preview lets you see your website before publishing. Preview is like looking in the mirror before going outside.
Publishing means making your website visible online. Before publishing, make sure your phone number, email, prices, business name, and product details are correct.
Go to My Sites to see your saved websites. Be careful when deleting. Deleted websites may not be recoverable.
CreatorSiteAI supports English and Bahasa Melayu. You can switch language using the language button or BM/EN link.
Check your email and password. Make sure there are no extra spaces. If you still cannot log in, contact support.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Wait a few minutes. Make sure you used the correct email address.
Open the editor, check each section, and save again. Preview on desktop and mobile.
Change the text color or background color. Use dark text on a light background, or light text on a dark background.
Try a JPG, PNG, or WEBP image. Use a smaller file if the image is very large.
Check the button link. Make sure it starts with a correct page link, website link, email, or phone link.
Check the URL. If the page was deleted or not published, open My Sites and publish it again.
Save your changes, refresh the page, and try again. If it still fails, contact support.
